So, you are having phone conference meetings, perhaps videoconferencing. Your email communications has doubled. The GFC may have forced the need to have these meetings at a distance rather than regularly "all travel in to meet together".
You may have the gadgets - videoconferencing, email, intranet, conference phones. It is easy to communicate and meet at a distance. But you do not have the people engagement and commitment that you used to have when you physically met together.

We work with people who are just not happy with the way that meetings and communications are happening.
